How do I make an appointment?

You can make arrangements for an appointment by calling the Institute between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at 804-355-6876.

 

How do I get in touch with my therapist between appointments or in an emergency?
Because FIV therapists are usually conferring with patients, it can be difficult to reach them directly by phone. If you need to speak with your therapist personally, call 804-355-6876 and leave your name and number with the secretary and your therapist will return your call as soon as possible.

 

How do I reach my therapist after hours?

After hours, leave a message with our answering service, who will contact your therapist for you. If he or she can’t be reached, another therapist will return your call.

 

What is your payment policy?

All services should be paid for at the end of each session by cash, check, or credit card. Unpaid balances are due no later than the last day of the month, after which a finance charge will be assessed. 
 

Do you take medical insurance?

We do take some medical insurance policies and will assist you in preparing forms to file your claims. Our policy is that you pay in full at the time of your visit and be reimbursed by your insurance company after you file your claim. Although we assist with insurance claims, you assume ultimate responsibility for payment.
